前言：本案是我们在珠海中信红树湾的700㎡的别墅项目，业主是有着自己独特审美，又愿意听取设计师专业意见的理想型甲方，所以设计效果的呈现，既存有业主的个性视角，随性而自由，又有设计师该有的严谨性，和谐而统一The ground-floor foyer serves as the entry point for the villa, typically used by the homeowner when returning from a walk. Therefore, minimal storage cabinets are installed in this foyer, just enough to accommodate gardening tools and a few pairs of shoes.

The curved structure adds fluidity to the spatial form, while the natural wood tones bring warmth to the space. Unique furniture pieces serve as accents, creating a harmonious interplay between the living room, dining area, and garden. Together, they form scenes of daily life, imbuing the space with a sense of warmth and vibrancy.

Using a round dining table in the dining room is more suitable for Chinese dining habits. The buffet cabinet is chosen as a ready-made piece, providing storage for tableware and giving the space a lighter feel.

餐厅与西厨的天花用圆弧的造型将两个空间连接在一起，地面又以木地板和瓷砖两个不同的材料将两个空间分区The ceiling design in the dining room and the western kitchen connects the two spaces with curved shapes, while the floor is divided into two zones using different materials, wood flooring and tiles, delineating the two areas.

镂空的屏风是为了阻挡楼与楼之间的视线，保证家里得隐私性，也能让室外的光线透进室内The hollow screen is designed to block the line of sight between buildings, ensuring privacy indoors while allowing natural light to enter the room.

Before entering the master bedroom, we have added a vestibule area, serving as an emotional transition space before entering the bedroom. It also acts as a transitional grey space connecting to the dressing room.

推开子母门就来到了卧室，房间是女主人喜欢的法式风格，天花做了石膏线，结合软装的搭配，空间的浪漫气息迎面而来Pushing open the French doors leads to the bedroom, designed in the style favored by the lady of the house – French. The ceiling features intricate plasterwork, combined with carefully selected soft furnishings, emanating a romantic ambiance throughout the space.

阳台纳入室内，为空间增加了一个休闲区，同时做了一个房间的水吧柜，这样平时就不需要跑到楼下喝水The balcony has been incorporated into the interior, adding a leisure area to the space. Additionally, a water bar counter has been installed in the room, eliminating the need to go downstairs for a drink during leisure time.

A central island counter has been added to the dressing room, making it convenient for the homeowner to access accessories. The vanity table extends from the original bay window, and cabinets have been installed throughout the room, maximizing space utilization.

The master bathroom features a French-style design favored by the homeowner. The bath area is divided into different functional spaces using varying elevations, and the mosaic wall decoration is custom-made. It presents different colors under different lighting conditions.

The second-floor common area is designed as a space for studying and pursuing hobbies. It serves as a place where children can practice playing the piano, read, or draw, fostering parent-child interaction and strengthening emotional bonds.

The originally dim and enclosed vestibule on the basement level was transformed by introducing openings in the ceiling, allowing light and air to filter down from the floor above. This design not only brightened the space but also created visual continuity between the different levels, enhancing interaction.

Below the basement courtyard, we created a botanical garden area. During the day, sunlight filters down, illuminating the basement and the greenery, infusing the space with a natural ambiance.

结合业主的生活需求，负一层的空间的规划与设计的形式顺势而为，儿童区旁的客厅因着建筑与地面的接触关系，便有条件设计了下沉式的客厅。下沉式客厅的正面因着正对采光天井，于是便有了一个精彩的庭院区。这种刻意的不刻意设计，让生活方式与审美变得圆融统一，也因此地下室成了家人使用率高的快乐园????Taking into account the lifestyle needs of the homeowners, the layout and design of the basement level were tailored accordingly. Adjacent to the children's area, the living room was ingeniously designed to be sunken, owing to the natural slope of the building and ground. This sunken living room, facing the skylight courtyard, creates a captivating courtyard space. This intentional yet seemingly effortless design approach harmonizes lifestyle and aesthetics, making the basement a joyful playground with high family utilization rates.
