本案是位于珠海的一个下叠别墅住宅，业主希望打造一个雅奢、高品质的生活场景。设计师通过暖色的艺术漆墙面和原木色的木地板地面营造出温馨的氛围，局部使用普拉达绿岩板，岩板随机的纹理像流动的碧水一般，为空间带来高级且灵动的感觉。

The essence of space lies in its ability to evoke inner tranquility. This tranquility stems not only from visual aesthetics and harmony but also from the healing and sense of belonging that the space provides.

This project is a lower-level villa residence located in Zhuhai, where the owner aims to create an elegant and luxurious, high-quality living environment. The designer utilized warm-toned artistic paint on the walls and natural wood flooring to cultivate a cozy atmosphere. Prada Green stone slabs with their random patterns, reminiscent of flowing emerald water, are used in select areas, adding a touch of sophistication and dynamic energy to the space.

因为地下室层高只有2米5，我们通过把天花设计成与地面接近的木饰面，这样空间会形成一种温润的包裹感，减去完成面后剩余2米4的层高反而让人的视线更接近木饰面，空间质感更强。

Due to the 2.5-meter ceiling height in the basement, we designed the ceiling with wood paneling similar to the floor material. This creates a warm, enveloping feel in the space. After accounting for finishing materials, the remaining 2.4-meter height brings the eye closer to the wood surfaces, enhancing the room’s texture and overall aesthetic, making the space feel more intimate and cohesive despite the lower ceiling.

业主平时热爱聚餐，我们巧妙地将休闲观影区与酒吧区的布局靠近天井，天井区打造了一个微景观庭院，不仅提供了休闲娱乐和空间互动的场景，还能通过微景观区的自然光线为室内补充光源，使地下室充满柔和的光线与自然的氛围。

The owner loves hosting gatherings, so we strategically placed the lounge and bar areas near the atrium. The atrium features a micro-landscape courtyard that not only offers a space for relaxation, entertainment, and interaction but also brings natural light into the basement. This design infuses the interior with soft, natural lighting, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere.

层高不高的情况下我们通过搭配靠背和尺度矮一点的主体家具，沙发我们选的是B&B的cameleonda模块化沙发作为主体家具，让空间感更舒适。

Given the relatively low ceiling height, we selected main furniture pieces with lower backs and smaller proportions to enhance the space’s comfort. For the main seating, we chose the B&B Cameleonda modular sofa, which adds to the coziness and helps the room feel more open and balanced.

因为没有足够的天花高度隐藏射灯，所以我们的灯光设计用了更多的壁灯，楼梯灯，层板灯去补光，主要照明用明装筒灯的形式。所以明装筒灯的形式感我们通过结合整体结构层次进行排位。

Due to the limited ceiling height, we couldn’t conceal recessed lighting, so we incorporated more wall lights, stair lights, and shelf lighting for additional illumination. The primary lighting is handled using surface-mounted downlights. To enhance the design, we carefully arranged these downlights to align with the overall structural layers, ensuring both functionality and aesthetic harmony.

在地下室中，我们规划了两处天井；一个是微景观区的天井，午间阳光洒落微景观上，为空间注入了生机，砾石、青苔等元素更添一份回归自然的感觉。

In the basement, we designed two light wells; one serves as a micro-landscape area where midday sunlight pours over the mini garden, infusing the space with vitality. Elements like gravel and moss add a sense of returning to nature.

On the main floor, the integration of indoor and outdoor spaces is evident. The full-height windows create a seamless connection between the interior and the courtyard. The sofa area features a built-in seating arrangement that connects the stair steps to the base of the sofa, enhancing both space utilization and structural coherence.

客卫由于较为狭窄，我们通过干区满铺镜面，利用镜子的反射原理，巧妙地延伸了空间的视觉边界，使卫生间在视觉上更加宽敞明亮；在洗手盆的选择上，我们挑选了柱盆款式，柱盆相对更为简洁紧凑，无需额外的安装空间,从而极大地保持了空间的尺度。

Since the guest bathroom is relatively narrow, we fully utilized mirrors in the dry area to extend the visual boundaries of the space through reflection, making the bathroom appear more spacious and brighter. For the sink, we opted for a pedestal basin, which is simpler and more compact, requiring no additional installation space, thus maximizing the room's dimensions.

The courtyard is designed primarily with hardscaping, featuring a sunken lounge area with a central fireplace zone. We've chosen a wood-burning fireplace, perfect for family barbecues during the holidays. By setting up a projector screen, the space transforms into an outdoor cinema where you can enjoy a movie while grilling. It's also an ideal spot for casual gatherings with friends, offering a relaxed and cozy atmosphere for drinks and conversation.
